The club working class marks and evidences a counterpublic practice of dissocial relationships framing the blurred and transboundary realities of raving
In times of performative aesthetics raving becomes the consumption of an illusion of transgression. Experience is replaced by content, opinions and concepts guarantee the standards of safety and comfort, the neoliberal individualism of an internationally circulating middle-class. Local community work is a practice of care, participation and engagement. The social dimensions of a conjoint reality refuse the cultural and economic integration in the superficial and onedimensional symbolism of hegemonic narratives and imagery.
